Digital Orders

All sales of digital downloads are final.

Print Orders

All orders are made to order and as such we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. The only exception is if your print is physically damaged in transit in which case we will replace it free of charge. However we do reserve the right to request that the damaged print be returned to us at your expense. We believe that it is highly unlikely that you will be unhappy with your photos, since we personally make sure that the photos that are shipped out are top notch quality. But if for some reason, you are not happy with your photo, please contact us either; by phone (201) 786-0404 or via email service@tracktimephotos.com. In your email, describe what it is that you are unhappy about and we will do our best to make you happy.
